Amy Foundation Celebrates MOT Graduates in 2025

We are proud of our MOT partner, the Amy Foundation, for their dedication to completing the programme with the learners and graduating their youth from the MOT programme, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

The Amy Foundation recently hosted its MOT graduation celebrations between 11–12 June and 23 July, honoring 87 students who successfully completed the programme. This graduation highlights the growth and achievements of young learners, and how the MOT programme equips them with essential life skills, builds resilience, and prepares them to make positive choices in their communities.

According to the Amy Foundation, here is their feedback on this year’s MOT programme:

“It’s inspiring to witness the transformation of our learners from the start to the end of our programs. The Amy Foundation Youth Skills Development initiative has seen remarkable growth in our young participants, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge to make informed decisions.

MOT has been a paradigm shift and has been instrumental in shaping the mindset and decision-making abilities of our young people. By focusing on professional tasks, group work, prevention and empowerment, and working methods like empowerment methodology, presence approach, and narrative coaching, we empower learners to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Key highlights:

  • Quarterly MOT Graduation celebrations, showcasing learners’ achievements in human skills.
  • Observed changes in classrooms, where learners support one another while practicing Courage To Care.
  • Commitment to helping youth make wise choices and become positive contributors to their communities.
