We are proud and excited to share that we have now successfully hosted our fourth MOT Coaches Basic Education of 2026, and what a meaningful journey it has already been this year!
This school-focused training, made possible through the generous sponsorship of Positive Behaviour Intervention & Resource Centre (PBIRC) and the continued support of the Western Cape Education Department (WCED), brought together passionate educators and youth workers who are committed to shaping not only academic success, but also strong, resilient young people.
There is something powerful about being in a room full of educators who choose to grow. Over the three days, there were moments of deep reflection, honest conversations, laughter, vulnerability, and breakthrough.
We were especially proud to welcome two parents who stepped into the training space. Parents choosing to become MOT Coaches sends a powerful message: supporting young people is a shared responsibility. When parents and educators commit to walking this journey together, the circle of care around our youth becomes stronger and more intentional.
As we move through 2026, one thing continues to stand out: when we invest in adults, we strengthen young people.
