Jacqueline Carolus's journey with MOT began in 2013 during her first year of tertiary studies when she gained her MOT Lifeskills Certificate, sparking her passion for the organization. Her dream to work at the MOT office and contributing to MOT’s mission became a reality in 2016 when she joined as an intern and has worked her way into the position of Office and Social Media Manager.

 

Deeply committed to youth and community development, Jacqueline's dedication shone through her volunteer work at the Two Oceans Aquarium, where she enthusiastically engaged with people and even took on the role of Secretary on the Volunteer Committee.

 

Her educational background includes qualifications in Business Management from False Bay TVET College and Office Administration from Skills Academy, underlining her strong administrative skills. Jacqueline's commitment to learning also led her to complete the Digital Communication Learning Programme by DG Murray Trust (DGMT), further enriching her skill set.

In 2017, Jacqueline's dedication to MOT and her passion for empowering youth were globally recognized when she was selected as one of sixteen Global Young MOT Leaders during her transformative trip to Norway, solidifying her status as a devoted advocate for positive change within the youth community.
