Andile Nebulane is a highly versatile actor, voiceover artist, MC, dialect coach and motivational speaker from South Africa, who is best known for portraying the character of Detective Malinga in the popular TV series Generations – The Legacy. He has also appeared on several other television shows such as Blood Psalms, Rhythm City, Igazi, Keeping Score, and Hustle, among others. With training from internationally renowned institutions such as UCT and AFDA, he has showcased his acting skills in theatres across South Africa, North America and Europe.
When he is not in front of the camera or on stage, he is behind the scenes coaching dialogue, dialect and performance. One highlight behind the scenes was to be the late Chadwick Boseman dialect coach in three projects including Black Panther.
A lesser-known fact, is that Andile is a qualified wellness coach, an ardent motorcyclist and has a fondness for Italian-inspired products.
Andile founded his company named after him (Andile Nebulane (PTY) Ltd) with the aim to inspire, empower, educate, entertain and to create employment through visual and performing arts. The major aim is to tell home-brewed stories on screens and on stage, to be a mirror for society and a voice to the voiceless. 2024 marks a much-anticipated return to theatre with a one-man show and global tour launching soon.
