MOT SA has granted me an amazing opportunity to embark on a journey to Port Elizabeth and be part of their MOT Basic Education for Port Elizabeth and Eastcape Midlands TVET Colleges.
The offer arose in February when I was asked to assist their Programmes and Training team. I took the opportunity with both hands as I saw that this is where I could showcase the passion that I have for MOT.
The opportunities that MOT has granted me is remarkable! Upon arriving in Port Elizabeth and taking the new MOT Coaches through the MOT Basic Education was a personal challenge as many of them were older than I am. I thought to myself, “How am I going to do this?”. This is where my Robustness kicked in, and I also believed in myself as I knew I could do this. Being a Young Motivator as well made it easy as I could share my experience and stories with them, giving them proof that MOT really works!
This journey was really an amazing experience and something that I will forever hold close to my heart. It showed the true COURAGE TO LIVE which indeed is a Core Value of MOT!
