Since the beginning in 1994, Sigrun has been in most of the roles in MOT. She has been a contributor, sparring-partner, facilitator, co-worker, mentor and leader. Her top competence is within management, language skills, building relations, support and follow-up. Sigrun has been responsible for the internationalization of MOT into four continents, between 2007 and 2020. She is passionate when meeting new people and passionate about making a difference in other people's lives and for developing robust youth – in the entire world.
