The MOT Enthusiasts’ Gathering is more than just an event; it’s a day to honour the achievements of MOT and to embrace the exciting journey that lies ahead. With the theme “Courage to Celebrate,” we aim to bring about the spirit of resilience, acknowledge our successes, and commemorate the progress we’ve made over the 15 years of MOT in South Africa.

The #CouragetoCelebrate theme resonates deeply with the core values that MOT stands for. Over the years, MOT has tackled critical issues such as high dropout rates, lack of discipline, bullying, and substance abuse among the youth. The MOT programme has been a driving force in instilling values and positive behaviour, fostering holistic development that extends far beyond the classroom.
Introduced to South Africa in 2006, MOT took up the challenge to reshape the educational landscape. The result was a transformation that extends beyond academics, enriching both individuals and communities. The core philosophy of MOT emphasizes the importance of values, self-leadership, and resilience, echoing the sentiment that even in the face of adversity, we can find the strength to celebrate our progress.
